As mentioned above, phalloprosthetics is a fairly serious procedure, during and after which various complications can occur. Lipofilling refers to minimally invasive plastic surgery. And it has a number of advantages over the method described above, however it is more focused on increasing not the length of the phallus but its thickness.
Lipofilling involves the introduction of biomaterials (the patient's adipose tissue) under the skin of the penis, so in addition to this procedure, it is necessary to perform liposuction. Lipofilling is carried out in several stages:
